
Dr. James F. Sheldon
Dr. James Sheldon was raised in Westchester, Illinois where he attended Divine Providence grade school and Proviso West High School. He then furthered his education at Loyola University of Chicago where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree and then moved onto Loyola University School of Dentistry, graduating in 1989 with his D.D.S. degree.
Dr. Sheldon has been involved in organized dentistry since 1991. He is a member in good standing of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society. He has been both Delegate and Alternate Delegate to the Illinois State Dental Society. He has served the Chicago Dental Society on the following committees: Special Events, Mediation, Registration, Course Division, Lecture Division, Limited Attendance Division and Program Chairman for the Midwinter Dental Convention in 2004. He has also held all positions of the West Suburban Dental Society and became President in 2002.

Dr. Sheldon is married to his wife, Kathy, and they have three children: Christina, Michelle and James. He and his family have four dogs: Slug, Moose, Fitch, and Diog. In his free time, Dr. Sheldon enjoys fishing, hunting and wildlife-forest-land management with his family and friends.
